About Me

The breadth of my 28 years’ experience involves leading Accommodation, Gaming, and Pub venues across Melbourne, Regional Victoria, Queensland, and Vanuatu.

Consciously navigating my way from the ground up to COO, I've led large teams, grown a multi-million-dollar portfolio, and managed small and large-scale projects from concrete shells to exceptional award-winning operating businesses. Overseeing the company's HR, Compliance, Marketing, IT, Procurement and Strategy and driving a connected, empowered 500+ strong team!

I’ve been a student, a guide, and a mentor to a vast range of personalities, skill sets, and leadership styles driving me to being the embodied leader I am today.

My capability canvases all aspects of the business including operations, venue redevelopments, compliance and workplace relations. Facilitating bespoke team development and training, individual coaching, and delivering clear strategy is what I do best!

I am a Qualified Workplace Trainer and Coach delivering leadership, performance management, compliance, and skill-based programs to the business over my career. Furthermore, I delivered accredited programs on behalf of William Angliss Institute, and Liquor Licencing Victoria for over 10 years.

I have relevant experience on boards having served as the Victorian State Director for the Liquor Marketing Group (Bottlemart) and as an elected AHA/TAA divisional councillor for more than 6 years. I held reporting responsibilities for the Zagame Corporation 9+ years. Further to this, I have worked closely with charity groups and community organisations, raising funds and awareness for causes close to my heart.

I thrive in attracting, retaining, and advancing talent. The key for me is developing, and managing strong relationships, whilst building an impenetrable culture. This enables a strong financial performance and workplace relationship breakthroughs.

Whilst my learning is never done, I've done a lot of the hard work to evolve. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge to give others the tools and the confidence to achieve their goals. I partner with individuals and organisations to build skills and grow business.
