Leap, for business, is a 3-month 1:1 coaching program offered face to face or online specifically focusing on your current or developing business.

 

This program will take your business to the next level.

 

It's perfect for business owners and executive leaders who know there is more to come and are curious enough to explore it. We can work on getting clear on your purpose and strategy, uncovering any blind spots prohibiting business growth. Or I can simply be that person you bounce off!

 

To grow your business, you need to understand it fully as it stands right now. I don’t mean the inherent day to day duties, whilst they may be part of it, it’s what do you stand for, what do you need to grow and how are you going to maintain that growth.

 

I will coach and guide you along the way and give you the confidence to achieve your goals so when you do make that move, it’s sustainable and you do it with clarity and intention.

 

Through our coaching program we will work together to become clear on this. This program is a hand on, hands held process, but you are in control, this is your business.
