IGNITE PROGRAM


The IGNITE Leadership Program is a personal and professional development journey to awareness, clarity, and confidence in leadership. The program takes leaders on a transformational journey to unlock their full potential and builds the skills needed to effectively lead high performing teams.

 

My Ignite Program for leaders, it is delivered in small bites through 6 x 2-3hour workshops held online monthly. It provides a supportive environment for leaders to explore their strengths and weaknesses, developing strategies to maximise effectiveness and leadership capability.

Plus, you'll build valuable industry connections along the way, and get the opportunity to participate in a face-to-face networking session in our final month!

Over the six series program we will explore the following:

 

  • It Begins With - this session looks at what drives a united team and a positive workplace culture. What do you stand for as a team? What's your Why? We explore internal leadership and the fundamentals of a strong leadership brand.

 

  • Understanding Behavioural Style's - understanding the four main behavioural styles through DISC. Understanding DISC ensures leaders can communicate with impact, reduce conflict and improve working relationships. Individuals will receive their own personalised DISC assessment.

 

  • Leading Self - how do we build resilience, hold powerful presence, and understand leadership through emotional intelligence. We will also look to understand the different styles of leadership you can rely on.

 

  • Leading Other's - becoming an agile coach-like leader. In this session we focus on how to use an authentic coaching style to build greater connections, a higher level of trust, foster innovation and empowerment,

 

  • From Small Talk to Real Talk - in this session we explore the fundamentals of giving and receiving feedback with confidence and self awareness. Participants will work through a feedback model that can be used for optimum performance

 

  • Set up for Success - we explore practical tools for documentation, productivity and time management. We also look at the techniques for setting expectations, delegation and succession planning for the future.

 

  • Performance Excellence - how to maximise effort and hold your team to account. In this session we talk through reviewing performance, setting goals and holding difficult conversations.

    • Managing Employee Performance - setting people up for success and the tools to manage poor performance correctly

    • Finance Fundamentals - an entry level course to understand COG's, labour, expenses, revenue sources and budgets

    • Building Respectful Workplaces - lets have the conversation around what it takes to build a respectful and mentally healthy workplace

    • AML/CTF Bootcamp - it's not just enough to have a program in place, what are you doing to make it operationally viable

    • The Employee Journey - we map out the employee life cycle, from placing the ad, recruitment, interview techniques, induction, termination and everything in between.

 

The workshops will cover key concepts. They are hands on, practical and we use relatable examples in our workshops to get the best outcome. Participants will learn the tools and build foundations that will encourage an aligned and progressive workplace.
